You can pay for Cloud Services with one of the following methods:

Attention! Servers containing the above materials will be blocked immediately after the discovery without the right to a refund!
In a case of receiving a reasonable complaint from the copyright holder for placement of infringing materials — server may be temporarily suspended until the cause of the complaint will be removed and all requirements of the copyright holder will be satisfied. Typically, this penalty is applied in the case of no reaction from the customer to a complaint within 24 hours. With a large number of complaints,the service can be blocked on a regular basis.

After paying for the service, you will have access to information on connecting to the service, changing some settings, viewing statistics, etc. in the control panel. You can use any clients available to you to connect to a specific service or use the web interface supplied with the service, if such is provided. For example, when ordering MySQL, you will have access to phpMyAdmin.
Yes, in the control panel you can download certificate files and use them to work over a secure connection.
Yes, you can create your own Firewall rules in the control panel. Please note that until there is a single rule, Firewall protection does not work. We recommend uploading data to the service after configuring and testing the Firewall.
Yes, you can choose any of the available software versions when ordering the service. If you need to switch to another software version, you will have to make a backup copy of your data, delete the service in the control panel, then create one with the required software version and restore the data from the backup copy. Switching to another software version without losing your data has not yet been implemented.
Backup copying of data and restoration from backup copies are performed by means of client programs of those services which you use. For example, for MySQL - this is the mysqldump utility. You can also work with copies of data using phpMyAdmin.
