Microsoft Windows Evaluation

Microsoft Windows Evaluation Center provides an opportunity to test Microsoft products before purchasing a license.Microsoft allows you to test the following products:

• Windows 11
• Windows 10 Enterprise
• Windows Server 2019
• Windows Server 2016
• Windows Server 2012 R2

These are fully functional versions of Windows that come with a pre-installed Evaluation key.The trial period for Windows 10 Enterprise is 90 days. For Windows Server all versions - 180 days.

After this period, the user must make a decision regarding purchasing a license.If, for some reason, the specified terms were not enough for testing, there is an opportunity to make a "rearm" - to extend the evaluation period. To extend the trial period for Windows 10, you need to type in the command line:

slmgr.vbs -rearm

To extend the trial period for Windows Server, you need to type in the command line:

slmgr /rearm

This trial period extension for Windows Server can be done 5 times. Thus, the maximum term of use of Windows Server Free Trial can be extended to 3 years = 180 * 6 (however, under the terms of use of the Evaluation version of Microsoft, you should not use the trial version for commercial purposes).
